Bow River Adventures - Mission Statement
Bow River Adventures is commited to offering you a great day on the water. Our mission statement
is this: We are here for YOU , and will attempt to show YOU the kind of fishing YOU want to do, and at the same time hopefully
you can learn a few new tricks to add to your arsenal as well. We will make every effort to accomodate your needs.
Our code of ethics on the water:
- do unto others as you would like done unto you: this means we will not barge in on other
anglers fishing spots, nor drift too close to other fisherman. If we come upon other anglers fishing a peice of water we'd
like to fish, we will always ask first, before even thinking about fishing it.
- help those in need: If you are on the water and see us, and have something you need
help with, just ask. This means things like, if you've lost an oar, if you have a medical emergency, or even if you just need
some advice, just let us know.
- respect landowners rights.
- respect other guides. Never will you hear us badmouth, or otherwise slander any other guiding
companies. We feel those that do, just don't understand the right reasons for fly fishing.
- respect the land. pack out what we pack in, and clean up other messes we see. (beer bottles,
etc)
- report all fishing violations to fish and wildlife. We will never break ANY regulations
just to get you into the fish.
